Interesting podcast that is an interview of Andrew Weissmann by Tim Miller of The Bulwark that goes into what's been happening in the DOJ. The title of this is what has been happening there. Just a quick note. The tariffs are still in place. Prices are going to rise again.  Really love seeing this. This is from yesterday, but yesterday being what it was, I didn’t get a chance to read emails. With what we’re facing now with this orange menace in the Oval Office, here’s a little something to allow to sink in: this chump “has invoked the International Emergency Economic Powersn of 1977, or IEEPA , which he says gives him the authority to unilaterally impose tariffs in a national emergency.” Also this is supposed to be part of it, the “'unusual and extraordinary threat' to the nation.” Our so-called emergency is him, and nothing else plus that last part doesn’t exist.
