Oil is stil flowing, but now there's a small chance to stop it. One question of many questions remain unanswered, this particular one that keeps coming up with most of the pipelines: just how does eminent domain refer to pipelines that will be shipping oil to the coast, none of it being used in the US but instead shipped to other countries?
