One question of many questions remain unanswered, this particular one that keeps coming up with most of the pipelines: just how does eminent domain refer to pipelines that will be shipping oil to the coast, none of it being used in the US but instead shipped to other countries? That does nothing to improve the lives of any one living in the US unless of course you want to count the fossil fuel companies. If you ask me and even if you don't, it's a crock!
