Anything that includes Morton County's assessment is FAKE NEWS.  They lie a lot like that person sitting in the White House.  Another reminder also: this isn't about infrastructure in the US.  This is about making money off of the oil as it is sold overseas.  None is staying here. Not much out there today in the news.  Possibly more will appear later. It's not over yet. Please think about taking actions mentioned in yesterday's posting, those you can do through mail, and calls.  As far as I know, all are still active except for the actions at your local Army Corps. Please check here to see if there are any actions in your vicinity today. These are ongoing.  Sierra Club's online action mentioned yesterday was sent out in the early hours of this morning.   Late posting things today.  Just had a thought.  Maybe not only boycott any businesses owned or connected in any way to Cheeto's family but what about these oil companies invested in the pipeline.  Teh company, Energy Transfer Partners who has since been bought out by Sunoco never stopped working on laying the pipeline.  Even with the tribes filing injunctions in the courts yesterday and today, these companies continue to drill. They continue on pipelines across the country.  We don't need new pipelines.  These pipelines are being laid anyway to sell the ...

In case you haven't heard, the easement has been granted without the completion of the EIS process. They're breaking the law with this action.  Once an EIS is placed in the federal register, the process must be completed.  Yes, there are other articles out there.  I've chosen not to post those that support more pipelines for the most part.  They've forgotten that the fossil fuel industry is dead.  No matter how much they try to force it on us, that's the way it is.  They can't change that. The person in office claims he hasn't heard any complaints about his decision on both pipelines? Withstand With Wolves has asked that we make sure he hears our complaints.  I used both Twitter and emailed through the White House website .  Flood him with tweets and emails that express your disapproval of his actions with DAPL.  In case you don't know, his Twitter account: @realDonaldTrump As can be seen by 3rd title below, actions are taking place across the country today.  It looks like arrests are happening already in these actions. USACOE is supposed to be given a process where they notify Congress regarding the easement.  Trump's memorandum including wording to wave this process.  If this happens, we will know Friday if the easement has been granted, and DAPL can begin construction of this pipeline immediately.  The tribe will be filing an injunction to stop the pipeline construction.   This is why it's important that...
