Stop DAPL 2/6 / STOP CULTURAL GENOCIDE

Please continue to write your comments and submit them to USACOE.  Information can be found in several earlier postings if you would like to write your own letters.  Sierra Club also has a form that you can add to and submit from their site as do the Standing Rock Sioux.  According to Indigenous Environmental Network, the following news has been released. USACOE is supposed to be given a process where they notify Congress regarding the easement.  Trump's memorandum including wording to wave this process.  If this happens, we will know Friday if the easement has been granted, and DAPL can begin construction of this pipeline immediately.  The tribe will be filing an injunction to stop the pipeline construction.  

 This is why it's important that you file your comments on the EIS ASAP.  Many thanks in advance.

This is no surprise, what is implied by the title of this from Hopium. Worth a read. - Trump Is Making America Poorer, Weaker, Less Safe And Less Free And the American People Are Unhappy About It   This is what we’ll continue to see in the White House.
