Notice what’s presented in italics. This is a question that still hasn’t been answered: "What remains to be seen is whether the Senate will do anything about it, or whether Bondi leaves the Hill confident that she can do anything, get away with anything, and need only be concerned with currying favor with the audience of one who was undoubtedly delighted in her bulldog performance today.” - Oversight

Most see him as a total jerk, and this is the chief spokesman for this corrupt administration? This we all know: “Miller has regularly exploded when the courts rule against [felon47].”  That felon47 is the only one who would have no issues “permitt[ing] an underling to flaunt his racist rhetoric, display his animus toward a cross-section of Americans an pedal his xenophobic, violent schemes” which shows all of us how WEAK felon47 really is. This I most definitely like seeing because it is the TRUTH. It’s about time. Granted you have to sign up to read, but seeing this I couldn’t resist. Hegseth and Felon47 are taking to claim violence in Portland. “The city of Portland and the state of Oregon sued and asked for an emergency hearing on an emergency restraining order to get a temporary retraining order to block the deployment of National Guard to Portland.” “On October 4th, the district court granted the plaintiff’s motion and issued a temporary restraining order blocking the implementation of the memorandum, the memorandum that Trump memo that sends —or the Pete Hegseth memo that sends the National Guard to Portland.” Allison says this is the important part: “defendants have not appealed or challenged the second g temporary restraining order, and it is not before us. IMO Miller is fooling himself. Not crazy about the byline that includes a fact that a couple Dems are buying in. This is an op-ed by Greg Sargent. The felon is fooling himself as well. What a doofus. We already know that Felon47 has lost in his court battle as described in the post where Allison Gill describes the case before the 9th Circuit Court. We also know that that so-called Fox news is pure BS, and not really news as well. The judge "concluded that Trump doesn’t have unlimited power to simply declare that the conditions permitting him to federalize a state’s National Guard have been met.” We’re seeing MAGA aren’t that bright at all, as the saying goes, not the sharpest knives in the drawer. This is what was listening to for the last 40 minutes or so. The 9th Circuit will be in San Francisco. Immergutt was the judge in that 9th Circuit that Allison Gill was speaking about. This stands out already when Adam Klasfeld says, this stands out already: “it does not meet a standard of being unable to execute the laws in regular order but on this deferential record that this is untethered to reality, it does not meet a standard of being unable to execute the laws in regular order. And I think there is a likelihood, just because of the way Judge Emergett crafted her decision.She said okay, you are forcing this entirely deferential standard that we saw in Los Angeles in the case derived from the case in Los Angeles. And using that set of facts, she distinguished Portland from that.” Michael Popok says, “You cannot nationalize, commandeer the Oregon Guard under these facts, under Section 12406.” “[T]his is a concerted effort to discredit and delegitimize the judiciary.” Screw the felon AND that fool, Miller.
