I’ve had issues with the 9th Circuit for quite some time since it started siding with TACO, the ignorant. I’m not happy with the Dodgers at all. Judge Breyer did the right thing, but the Ninth Circuit stays that decision. The National Guard should be under California control. I totally agree with Jen Rubin. The byline says it all. IMO TACO and his nasty administration have been "'poisoning the blood of our country.’” ICE following their direction are no better. Kristi Noem should resign, period.
