The title to this podcast is misleading. This is all about the BS this corrupt administration is trying to push. Those of us who have been concerned about Abrego Garcia still being held in El Salvador, this did hit home: "the 7 being per curiam, so no one justice authored ii” which means they supported bringing him home, something this administration has refused to do. This basically tells the current corrupt administration F U as well it should: "The bottom line: no detainees from the Northern District of Texas are going anywhere until the Court passes on their claims, which go initially back to the Fifth Circuit, or decides not to hear them.” Most definitely this is worth reading. As suggested by Litman, you might want to read Rich Bernstein’s take on the court’s decision also on this page in terms of the rule of law. This most certainly stands out in Bernstein’s piece: "The Supreme Court's decision upheld the rule of law in three critical ways.” The felon is illiterate in terms of the law, too. - The Court Doubles Down

I continue to see this, which IMO is a very good thing. I do want to see the courts block this, all the way to the SCOTUS. We still live in a democracy no matter how much the Convicted Felon tries to destroy it. We already know he’s not working for any of us. Three guesses what he can do with that.
