ALL PIPELINES 5/14 - STOP GENOCIDE & it’s not in Gaza/Ecosystem Attack/StandWithUkraine/climate/Human Rights/ProtectSacred
Interesting listen. The intro says a lot. So does the video. The only thing is the threat. It only works if you believe it. Am I surprised? Nope. - Russia’s Nuclear Threats
Yeah, I’m laughing to an extent. This convicted felon is paranoid as hell. What a loser! Maybe a better word for him would be a chickensh!t. This fact kind of through me: “We also know that [the felon] dismantled the FBI’s Joint Terrorism Task Force and reassigned them to the Department of Homeland Security.” Much more is said here. Ever wonder what your government is doing? Now you know. You’ll want to read this, seriously. This felon needs to be stopped now. I don't know about you, but reading this is extremely disconcerting, a lot here is. Talk about abuse of power. That doesn’t even begin to describe it. - Trump’s Secret Police
We already know the convicted felon continues to break the law, and refuses to follow the orders of the SCOTUS. I don’t know about you, but I’d rather have a president who commits no crimes. This guy already has 34 felonies against him. The opening statement is enough to stir you. If not, maybe this will: “That is the case for the flirtation with suspension of habeas corpus, which only Congress can do.” We already know the convicted felon OWNS the Congress. Of course, Miller’s hand is in this as well. It makes me wonder how much else other than what we’re seeing with immigration. Many more laws have been broken. This felon has to go as well as his staff, ALL of them. - Trump’s “Palace In the Sky” is a Clear Constitutional Violation
This is from yesterday. Still this is important for those of us who support Oak Flat. Questions d arise though. We already know the SCOTUS hasn’t made a decision re: whether to hear the case? We know they haven’t decided yet. Just thought I’d throw this out into the universe. According to the article, "Apache Stronghold petitioned the district court days after [the felon’s] administration announced April 17 it would publish in 60 days a final environmental impact statement on a copper mine proposed by Resolution Copper.…” Good argument from Apache Stronghold’s lawyers presented. - Federal court pauses transfer of Oak Flat sacred site to mining company
This is also about Oak Flat, published today. Of course I will share it, being a supporter as I am and have been. And just so you know, this is one of the reasons I have had issues with former senator John McCain, for this as well as how he treated indigenous populations in northern AZ. I know many wondered why I’ve had these issues with him, but now you know. And he did have a horrific temper. Ask anyone who lives on Black Mesa. Btw, I wonder if the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals would do the same for the Vatican. Let this sink in: "Much of this splintering can be attributed to the fact that 'substantial burden' was never statutorily defined under RFRA, nor has the Supreme Court since clarified what, precisely, constitutes a 'substantial burden.' … [T]he 'ordinary meaning of 'substantial burden' suggests that in selling the land, the government is preventing the Apache’s [sic] participation by restricting their access to the land, and '[p]reventing access to religious exercise generally constitutes a substantial burden on religion. Taken at face value, it is a logically puzzling result that under the coercion-based definition of 'substantial burden' affirmed by the en banc majority, the Apaches are not ‘burdened' within the current meaning of the law—after all, they are not being forced to choose between their religion and a benefit conferred upon other citizens, or between their religion and civil or criminal penalties.” Sounds like the courts are nitpicking to me. Catch my drift? I'd love to have a lawyer look at this. Granted that's not my bailiwick plus I don't have the funds to ask someone to do this, but I thought I'd put it out into the universe just in case. - Apache Stronghold wins late reprieve as federal court halts transfer of sacred Oak Flat land to mining company pending Supreme Court review
Good news to see so I’ll give you a bit of a preview. Dems beat two Republicans, a mayor was unseated in Omaha, and we flipped Nebraska’s biggest city. How about them beans? This is from WAPO that was included in the text to this link: “'[E]very resident of the city of Omaha' and that his campaign had demonstrated that when voters unite around shared values 'we can achieve remarkable things.’” Sounds good right? So after watching the video, you might want to read the text at this link as well. I’m not much re: polls, but looking at what it says for immigration and deportations is enlightening. As I figured, most of America does NOT like what he’s doing to immigrants. We need to keep this in the forefront as long as is necessary. Take a good look at what that saboteur in the White House is doing that negatively affects most of us. Thus one part towards the end really struck me: "The way in which the [felon’s] administration has engaged in this fundamental destruction and reconfiguration of the federal government, it’s a demonstration of weakness, not of strength. There is a repeated claim from the administration that he’s simply doing what the American people wanted him to do. His party controls both houses in Congress. If it is true that the people’s representatives and he is the elected president in this country have the mandate they claim to have, they should have no trouble at all, going to Speaker Johnson, going to the Senate, and systematically do what FDR was able to do, which is reconfigure this country through the normal constitutionally required process of legislative action.” Btw, all this working in our direction does give me hope & F the Republicans. As many as possible need to be ousted ASAP. We do need to start working on this now. - A Big Win in Omaha, A Conversation With NM AG Torres, Dems Lead In Battle For The House, Fighting Trump’s Ruinous Economic Agenda
This is not something I wanted to see after the previous post when I felt so positive. Sounds like discrimination in spades just from the title. Sometimes I really hate opening my email, but that’s just something I do whether I like what the title implies or not. And this one makes me think the 8th Circuit Court is full of crap. This is exactly what the voting rights act was all about initially. Is this court really that stupid to think we’ve forgotten this? F this court. We already know the SCOTUS is corrupt. And yeah, Chief Justice Roberts, I did say that, and I’m not the only one who thinks like this. F you for not protecting particular voters. Will the SCOTUS do the right thing? That’s doubtful. And yeah, I’m definitely pissed. - New Ruling Cuts Off Key Tool to Protect Minority Voters
Here is Section 2 of the VRA. Reading this made me think discrimination once again. It’s a Civil Rights Section that I thought the current corrupt administration had deleted, but apparently they missed this one. - Section 2 of the VRA
Unfortunately I’m not surprised at all. I wish I was. But we know how Hxmas operates, and what their mission is. Giving the convicted felon credit for this release? That is such BS. Hxmas is lying re: negotiating. That’s total BS. The fact that this felon is allowed to go into other countries is inane. He’s a freaking criminal. If he wasn’t in the White House. He’d be in prison where he belongs. Hxmas doesn’t give a damn about statehood. Why spread that BS? Then there’s this other part, both the leaders are right wing, and neither can be trusted IMO. Watch the video included if you have the time. Republicans can’t be trusted either, and yeah, that’s my personal opinion. Also, don’t forget that the felon running this country is a pathological liar. “Israel values life. Our enemies value death.” - Details emerge of Edan Alexander’s torments in Hxmas captivity
Trust Hxmas? HELL NO! This is the kind of thing the idiots here supporting Hxmas and any other terrorist organization are supporting. Talk about sick f**ks. - Terrorist shoots pregnant Israeli and her husband in Samaria as they drive to delivery room
This shouldn’t be a surprise to anyone. The intro tells us this about this new scam: "a monstrous scam this notion truly is, in and of itself.” It also says this: "This will get worse for Trump: In addition to being terrible policy, the tariffs are a massive abuse of power.” His guest is George Mason University law professor Ilya Somin. We have no trade deficits whatsoever. He’s claiming he gives him the power to do this, This should give you an idea about these tariffs and their so-called cause, something that doesn’t exist: “[T]hey reflect a much deeper lawlessness on Trump’s part.” He’s trying to use this (remember he is a con, always has been: He’s using the "International Emergency Economic Powers Act of 1977.” And there’s this: "[T]here’s a technical legal doctrine called the 'constitutional avoidance doctrine,' which says that if there is an interpretation of federal law that raises constitutional problems, then courts should do whatever they can to avoid adopting that interpretation.” We do have an economic illiterate; that’s what’s running this country The felon is lying again. I’d listen. How unusual. Hear the sarcasm? - Trump Tariff Fiasco Worsens as Brutal New Reports Expose a Fresh Scam
Key word in title: efficiency. Just maybe it will grab the felon’s attention. "The letter asks that no changes to the monuments’ sizes be made without a meaningful dialogue with 'all tribal nations with ancestral ties to these lands.’” Of course, we all know he’s one of those who always wants something in return. That hasn’t changed at all. We saw that recently. I doubt since the felon knows what he will get out of it. Still it appears that more than 70% want both to be preserved. Of course, this administration will claim some obscure law that allows him to make these reductions. He just can’t be trusted one iota. - In the name of efficiency, Navajo president calls on Trump administration to preserve Bears Ears
I have to agree. Luttig is spot on re: that convicted felon in the Oval Office who ignores whatever the courts tell him. So, the title is fitting. Now, how do we stop this maniac? It also is fitting pointing the finger at the Supreme Court. You can listen to the interview he mentions at the end. We already know this convicted felon is guilty as hell, enabled by the SCOTUS. Judge Luttig says there is no Republican party, but all we have is that convicted felon. Granted the video is about a year old, but still he does raise some good points. An example, this felon wants to change every everything we've all be taught to believe, what is America. This convicted felon wants to destroy all that. Are you fine with that? I know I'm not at all. - Judge Luttig on the Supreme Court’s Enabing of Trump’s lawlessness
I love that the convicted felon continues to lose in court. That makes my day every time this happens. This is yet another reason not to allow him to appoint any new judges who will support his nonsense like Aileen Cannon has. - Foreign service union beats Trump in court
I didn’t get to this last night, so I’m posting today. I see this goes into the emoluments clause. That is the first thing that should raise red flags. Also, you should immediately look into what the Saudis are getting in return. He’s been breaking this on the regular. And he’s not the only one accepting gifts. According to this, his entire family is doing the exact same thing. Any wonder why they’re called a crime family? Read to see a list of all that he has accepted since entering office this time. Who the hell wants to watch a documentary about Melania? I sure wouldn’t bother watching. Remember she’s also a plagiarist, and a liar like her husband. Maybe they all should end up in prison. - The $400 Million Perk —Trump’s Airborne Throne
This is long, but if you want to learn more why public lands are necessary, you might want to read through this in parts. Don’t forget you know who wants to use them to drill. He doesn’t think things through nor do his so-called advisors. Talk about serious greed. Also, access to the full report is available. - History 101: Americans Public Lands From Founding to Framework, 1776-1946
