This doesn’t surprise me at all. I know because for many years I taught in this particular district, in Title 1 schools. I know what the policies were then. They’ll do whatever they can to apprehend those they claim are not here in the US legally. Remember what happened to Agrego Garcia? He’s not the only one. Note too that these ICE agents are attempting to detain those with the least amount of power.
