Personally think this money should be going to the people who live on the reservation where this pipeline invades their way of life, threatening the aquifer in the area, and more. And as for as the Army Corps, this entity never should have approved this pipeline. As for the protests, the state had no business calling in so-called security forces. Remember the water cannons used on the protesters? Remember the permanent damage inflicted on some of the protesters?
