This is another that I didn’t get to get to yesterday which is an uplifting read. We can beat this orange monster and his uh corrupt regime. I wish I had gotten to it yesterday. Still it’s an important read for those still running for office. About half way down, this we still should be reading today, that part about beating you know what. We all should read Dr. Ruth Ben-Ghiat’s recent essay also linked in the accompanying article. If nothing else, allow the excerpt included to sink in, especially the boldfaced part. Been dealing with some health issues so I’ve stayed off the internet mostly over the last week.  I really feel for the population of NYC since Mamdani was elected. Yes, i know it’s been a while. Health issues can be tricky to contend with.
