This has been obvious since the convicted felon’s first term in office. So this is no surprise. The SCOTUS is the most corrupt in history. These corrupt justices should be removed immediately. I remember this interview which is why I chose to share this particular piece about reminiscing about Jimmy Carter. Sad today that we lost another honest, hardworking president who always gave of himself long after he had left office, his entire life, a legacy we’ll never see with the convicted felon about to be sworn in in less than a month. What stands out at the beginning is the byline that speaks volumes about the man who has now joined his wife in peaceful repose. This is a good read. Maybe some of us fall in the atheist Jew category, but it doesn’t make us less Jewish. The catastrophic events of 10/7 live on in all of us, drawing us together as antisemitism continues to rise. I didn’t have any grandparents to warn me. They had all passed before my parents married. Their parents escaped the pogroms in what was called Russia, which is now Ukraine, the Kviv area. Not all of my relatives left. Some I know didn’t survive the Holocaust. This is not something before now that I’ve really been open about much. - This is what our grandparents warned us about.
