Take absolutely nothing for granted, and knowing the importance of exposing Project 2025 this is an important read. Anything related to Project 2025/Agenda 47 must be read. This is that convicted felon and his crew and what they plan to do. Then there's the fact that the Heritage Foundation has been writing these for years for the GOP. We also know that the convicted felow Donald is a pathological liar. - Trump's Project 2025 Denials Backfire
Shah should step down for obvious reasons. Do I really need to spell it out? He's so wrong claiming that the publication is presenting different perspectives. Instead it is supporting the anti-Jewish sentiment that pervades most places in the world, blaming Israel when the blame began elsewhere. Most definitely this: "'When Jews tell you they feel antisemitism, don’t question it or define it for us.'” Many have been trying to do this, I'm sure most Jews would agree. This too is fact: “'No other minority has been or will be treated with this level of disdain.'” No one understands antisemitism than those of us who have experienced it throughout our lives. Only those who have experienced racism to the same degree have even an ounce of understanding of its effects, effects that last a lifetime. - BBC executive dismisses letter from Jewish staff highlighting systemic antisemitism at network
Those of us without air conditioning in any kind of home understand full well the effects the heat can have on others. I would venture to say that it has a dire effect on seniors. We used to say years ago to add 10 degrees to the recorded temp to get the real temp. AC was really expensive in the 1980s in Phoenix. I know because I paid the bill while we were trying to sell my mom's house after she passed. I had a friend whose parents just had a swamp cooler in their home. I also remember Sky Harbor being shut down not long ago because of the effect of the heat on the tarmac. Need I say more? - Heat deaths of people without air conditioning, often in mobile homes, underscore energy inequity

I wonder what it will do to electric bills though going totally electric. - Massachusetts awards $53 million to help affordable housing cut emissions and make homes healthier
Costs are rising here in California. According to this article 60% of energy generated must be renewable energy by 2045. "Permitting reform has become a mantra for California’s newest renewable industry." According to this article too is much is kept in the dark as this is being worked on here. - California lawmakers negotiating sweeping package to speed up solar, wind energy
This is just another example of why our justice system, not just the SCOTUS, needs some serious revision. So many things are wrong with this decision. Let me count the ways. Basically it's more of an attack on voter's rights, especially those of minorities. - 5th Circuit: Minority Coalitions Cannot Sue Under VRA in Galveston Case
The byline should tell you more than enough. Something we all should care about for obvious reasons. This may just be about what it will threaten in Colorado but the same is true for all public lands across the U.S. Links to other articles about the danger of this doc are included in this article.
