Couldn't agree more. Teachers go through a lot, which includes hours of professional development throughout their careers, some taking more classes as well as the university level yet all this appears to mean nothing to those who are responsible for determining their salaries. How many have to work multiple jobs to make ends meet, yet republican governors think its more important that they carry guns, guns that then put their students as risk, something ignored by the TN legislature and governor.
