Interesting how the Supreme Court's hypocritical actions come to light. Why here at a military academy but not other schools? Does this show us how they have issues with their own decision re: affirmative action? Hmmm smells like a lawsuit will be coming. Don't get me wrong. I fully have supported affirmative action, was angered when the SCOTUS ruled against schools using this re: college admissions. This is a good read. Judge Chutkan is on the job, fairly & unbiased. Obviously the felon is running scared.
