It is obvious that we wouldn't be here if the Republicans had done their job in the first place by voting to impeach him when he came up at least for the second impeachment charges that relate to the insurrection. Even though the SCOTUS is taking this case, I wonder how much they might want to twist this (personal question) because as it says: "Section 3 of the 14th Amendment seems clear on its face—its language is not ambiguous.
