IMHO Justice Roberts is wrong again. I doubt this is a surprise for anyone. Putin is a stone cold war criminal because these deaths are happening due to his orders in his attempt to steal more land no matter the cost. His evil must be stopped. And he should pay the consequences for all the death and destruction to Ukraine and its people. One idea, drain his accounts, all of them, to rebuild Ukraine. - Putin's brutality in Ukraine can get worse
