Diplomat is the wrong word to choose to call this guy. He's a liar just like Putin, and full of it with this BS. Overthrowing the government in Kyiv was exactly what Russia was trying to do when Russia illegally invaded Ukraine in February. the "'unacceptable regime'" is Russia, always has been, with its thieving dictator.
