Considering most of the actions of the Supreme Court recently, don't you think it's past time for Congress to take action? I don't know about you but I have serious issues of the Court stripping away parts of the Clean Air Act. This current Court is likely to threaten the health of everyone in favor of big business. Not sure that I get this, but they claim renewable energy use will help plus they claim the ruling doesn't address vehicle emissions. We shall see.
