I have to agree. Vietnam was the first war we watched on TV. Now we're all watching Russia's continual attack on citizens, hospitals, children, etc. in real time on the internet, our smartphones. Satellites are monitoring it as well. Think too how this will negatively affect our food supply. So many things are at stake. - Ukraine Is the First Real World War

I wouldn't put it past Putin, the war criminal, to do this. Just like that last guy we had in the White House, this guy doesn't care about anyone but himself. This is a good read. Maybe some of us fall in the atheist Jew category, but it doesn’t make us less Jewish. The catastrophic events of 10/7 live on in all of us, drawing us together as antisemitism continues to rise. I didn’t have any grandparents to warn me. They had all passed before my parents married. Their parents escaped the pogroms in what was called Russia, which is now Ukraine, the Kviv area. Not all of my relatives left. Some I know didn’t survive the Holocaust.
