Article's title disconcerting.  IMHO should be ILLEGAL. As does most of the world. It's only right. War crimes cannot go unanswered. Iryna Venediktova will be doing the most prosecutions, having opened 8k investigations already. Initially Venediktova was hired to investigate corruption, things that needed fixing in the Ukrainian gov't. She has asked citizens to collect info & submit to Ukraine's war crimes website, already receiving over 6k submissions. - On front lines of a legal war
