Whether you realize it or not what's happening in Ukraine is more than just cultural genocide, and yes, we need to do what we can to help them without sending in our own. My attentions have been turned in that direction primarily along with the other things that concern me.

Most definitely worth the time to read. Educate students so that they can recognize the misinformation campaign instigated by Putin. Media literacy has always been a part of HS English classrooms. It's also showing up in middle school classrooms, helping students make real sense of what's happening in spite of the propaganda out there pushing lies. I've asked this before, but it appears I need to again. Why isn't China facing repercussions for their actions supporting Russia over Ukraine? I hear some are cleaning our their closets with made in China clothes. The thing is they've already paid for them so this doesn't affect China at all.
