No surprise whatsoever. Wish all of us who have opposed this pipeline from the get go had the funds to help pay to put DAPL under. Another thought though. Isn't the EIS still in process? Can't this be added to it? - Pipelines keep robbing the land long after the bulldozers leave

This is a good read. Judge Chutkan is on the job, fairly & unbiased. Obviously the felon is running scared.
