While I like the context of this article, we've done more than enough "discussing" climate change, but we really haven't seen any clear cut action, yet we're already experiencing it through harder storms, flooding, wildfires. This is a good read. Judge Chutkan is on the job, fairly & unbiased. Obviously the felon is running scared.
