The same is true for the Navajo and other tribes across AZ. It's not just on the Hopi reservation in AZ just mentioned in the opening video.  Note too the other tribes are those dealing with these scarce water issues, 21 of them having written to Sen. This is a good read. Judge Chutkan is on the job, fairly & unbiased. Obviously the felon is running scared.
