Been fighting it for years but drilling there always seems to pop up again, esp. with Republican administrations. Listen to early objections to DAPL, first only audio that does change to video. Ppl paying attn know the ACOE did not listen to them. Some here opens old wounds, listening to how the voices of indigenous people were not heeded, to what the oil company did to the land once they learned of the sacred places marked. Basically consultations weren't seen as anything more than a formality.
