Amazing that this fool thinks this will force us to use his dirty coal. IMHO someone's fooling himself if he thinks this is going to work. Screw him. Imagine, suing to make sure we screw ourselves and promote climate change. Freaking moron. What else can you expect of the asinine GOP? - America's largest coal-producing state threatens to sue other states that refuse to buy the product

This is a good read. Judge Chutkan is on the job, fairly & unbiased. Obviously the felon is running scared.
