Just delays this mine unless Grijalva's bill goes forward, the fact that this mine will threaten the water used by the Metro Phx area. Will this threat stop the project? The House will pass Grijalva's bill. Sanders has introduced something similar in the Senate. What they do is another story. This is a good read. Judge Chutkan is on the job, fairly & unbiased. Obviously the felon is running scared.
