Not that anyone really needs explaining if they have been paying attention to what has been happening over at least the last 5 years - The Indigenous-led fight to stop the Line 3 oil pipeline expansion in Minnesota, explained via @voxdotcom

definitely conflicting though I have doubts that they realize that nothing will be done about the current old pipeline, that this means installation of a new pipeline. -  Line 3 construction brings complication, controversy to Fond du Lac Reservation via @mprnews

This is a good read. Judge Chutkan is on the job, fairly & unbiased. Obviously the felon is running scared.
