Received an email from Sierra Club today, asking me to call the comment line at the White House, to say that I stand with the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe, that I oppose DAPL, and that the White House listen to the tribe this time.
I did ask about recording this comment but I was told the "volunteer" hand wrote the comments, only including something new. I asked because you know who claimed no one said anything before. I asked for info about what happened to the comments I have made for the EIS, if they can be retrieved or if new ones need to be made.
You can call the number that Sierra Club provides that explains pretty much what I said here at 202-816-6137. I tried it a couple times but the line connecting to the comment line was busy so I called the comment line directly: (202)456-1111. It took a few tries to get through. Now I'm on hold, and have been for about the last little over 15 minutes. Guess they're busy getting these calls, but I am willing to wait as long as I have to.
