Bank didn't do its due diligence by just reviewing the Environmental Assessment Report. Looks like they don't realize the difference between this and a full EIS. They also make no mention whatsoever that this Environmental Assessment Report was completed by ETP. This is a good read. Judge Chutkan is on the job, fairly & unbiased. Obviously the felon is running scared. IMO this is important. Still we're standing alone. Why is this the case? We have stood with so many of you during the crises others face. Why do you now understand the Jews are Indigenous to Israel.
