In case you don't know, that guy in the WH is now going after National Monuments. Bears Ears National Monument is the first one he has set his eyes on destroying. Here's the site where you can write a letter to express your opposition to his actions: NRDC. There is a petition here as well where you can voice your opposition through Environmental Action, a letter you can revise as you see fit. You can also read the letter from the Bears Ears Inter-Tribal Coalition sent to Zinke.
