Just because sarcasm can often be lost in typed words, just a thought here. You have probably seen how many continue to speak of all the trash left behind and those poor puppies, all a part of yellow journalism, they seem to forget to mention how this company and the militarized police have trampled on sacred grounds, have dug holes to lay pipe in sacred burial grounds, or any mention lately about what has happened in the over 800 court cases. Many seem to be fixated on the wrong things. One of them involves the continued claims that oil will run through DAPL, presented in many different ways, but still saying the same thing, attempting to keep their investors from pulling out. Yes, they're lying but that has become the new norm with this current administration. The world is topsy turvy now with this childish, misogynistic, racist, xenophobic, fear mongering rattrap we have in the Oval Office with his early morning tirades in Twitterspere. Very few articles appear now that tell even part of the real story. Much of independent media has disappeared as well. But the fire has been lit. Don't you ever forget it!
North Dakota passed a resolution yesterday to ask the US gov't to pay the costs incurred. The thing is if it wasn't for the state government, their former governor to be exact, they wouldn't have this debt. They brought this on themselves. IMHO the ND state government should pay it. My taxes aren't available to use in your state to clean up the messes you create. Maybe if you had stood with the people and protected them instead of the oil company, you wouldn't have this problem.
