All pre-trial motions attempted by their lawyers have been denied by the judge, who appears to know the prosecutor well. The prosecutor has had all but one pre-trial motion approved thus far. The jury is said to support DAPL, and is against the water protectors; they are said to have anti memes on their Facebook pages.
