Stop DAPL 10/22

Strong prayers are needed.  Water protectors are marching "onto the Dakota Access worksite 2 miles from Standing Rock reservation.  Lockdown already in place."  It is near burial grounds, again!  All this has been released by Unicorn Riot.

Since typing and posting the above, things have gotten a lot more tense with people being arrested, the cops trying to corral them on public lands.  See more through Unicorn Riot and other posters on FB. Even journalists are said to be some of those arrested.  Many other videos today on Facebook asking for people to come out to stand with them.

This is a good read. Maybe some of us fall in the atheist Jew category, but it doesn’t make us less Jewish. The catastrophic events of 10/7 live on in all of us, drawing us together as antisemitism continues to rise. I didn’t have any grandparents to warn me. They had all passed before my parents married. Their parents escaped the pogroms in what was called Russia, which is now Ukraine, the Kviv area. Not all of my relatives left. Some I know didn’t survive the Holocaust. This is not something before now that I’ve really been open about much. - This is what our grandparents warned us about. This is no surprise, what is implied by the title of this from Hopium.
