Reading

Now that there are no more papers to grade, no more illegible handwriting to decypher, the time has come not to reread books to be taught but to reread those books I want to reread, and read others I've never read before.  It has been said that reading increases a person's lifespan.  Whether that is true or not, still the adventure awaits in different books, hard copies please.  Below is a list that will grow as the years pass by. Plus there will be a mixture of nonfiction, still my favorite genre with some fiction and poetry.  The first is one begun over Winter Break last year but not finished until this summer.   Romantic Outlaws: The Extraordinary Lives of Mary Wollstonecraft and Her Daughter Mary Shelley by Charlotte Gordon - not good to read in spurts then put down because it can be easy to become confused because the chapters alternate between the two Marys though an excellent read otherwise The Round House by Louise Erdrich - love all her books What...
