Quite a title, don’t you think? The second paragraph presents what the  FOTUS has been up to since being sworn in. This is one thing basically said speaks volumes: " If a new president was really looking for evidence of waste and fraud in agency spending, he’d send in forensic accountants, investigators, and prosecutors—not coders and hackers.” This is what we could expect.
