Another said it won't be built. -  Judge confirms ruling against Keystone XL pipeline  Posting, noting the far reaching effect of the judge's decision to stop not only KXL - Federal judge upholds ban on process for permitting pipelines, including Mountain Valley Posting this as well because of the same reason as for the post above this one. Hoping this is something that remains permanent , including the same for many more pipelines.
