Looks like I have good reason now to trust the cancelling of this pipeline. -  The Keystone XL Pipeline Is Dead, but TC Energy Still Owns Hundreds of Miles of Rights of Way  Anyone ever question why this is the case, or do they just accept it. I have serious issues for those who fall into the later category.
